The "Pause to Recharge" initiative incorporates a set of vital commitments aimed at nurturing a healthy work environment, with:
- No meetings are scheduled during the 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM break.
- No meetings, calls, or WhatsApp messages sent after 6:30 PM.
- No weekend work.
Staff members were treated to invigorating mini massage sessions, infused water, wholesome snacks, and an array of thoughtful gifts and treats. The day culminated in an agency-wide town hall where Group CEO Reda Raad formally introduced the "Pause to Recharge" initiative to employees across the region.
